Recurring rows: 1 tap = done, 2 taps = skip today, 3 taps = pause the whole series. Tap a paused row to resume in one tap. Non-recurring rows stop at skipped (no pause).
Mirrors the in-app Settings → Guide → Tips & tricks page. Gestures, capture, planning, themes, and a few quiet extras.
If you read only four lines on this page, read these.
Recurring rows: 1 tap = done, 2 taps = skip today, 3 taps = pause the whole series. Tap a paused row to resume in one tap. Non-recurring rows stop at skipped (no pause).
Type @category, #tag, !priority, or a time anywhere in the title, in any order. The chips light up live. Works in Quick Capture and every + Add input.
Press and hold the grip handle on the left of a to-do or habit row, then drag. On the Week tab, drop on a different day to reschedule.

First swipe right marks a row done. A second swipe right on a done row archives it.
Swipe a done row left to flip it back to pending. Mirror-swipes in Settings flips left/right.
Long-press a row to enter multi-select. Tap more rows, then batch archive, delete, or mark done.
Press and hold the grip handle on the left of a to-do or habit row, then drag. On the Week tab, drop on a different day to reschedule.
Press and hold the floating + to move it. Snaps to edges, position persists across sessions.
The chevron (›) on the right is the only toggle for expanding a row.
Tap any row’s title to rename in place. If the row is collapsed, the same tap expands it first. Tap outside or press Enter to commit.
Open any date picker. Swipe left for the next month, right for the previous. Works in the header date strip, deadlines, move, and recurring end dates. The chevrons still work as fallback.

Long-press text in any app → Share → DONE(kinda). Lands pre-filled in Quick Capture.
Bring forward yesterday’s unfinished to-dos to today, or keep on yesterday when the app opens for the first time each day.

Tap both AM and PM period chips on a recurring row to fire twice a day from one template.
Cycle past done to skipped (one tap), or past skipped to paused (cascades the whole series). Tap the paused cycler to resume in one tap. Skipped days and pause windows don’t break streaks.
A dot on a recurring row’s squircle means that one to-do has been changed from the rest of its series (its title, category, time, and so on). The series itself stays the same. To edit the whole series, expand the row and tap the recurring gear.
A to-do row jumps to the To-do tab on that day. An event row jumps to the Day tab. A habit dot jumps to the Habits tab. The day-card background routes to To-do too.

Tap the palette icon in an expanded row to pick a custom colour. Overrides category/tag colour for that row only.
Settings → Appearance → App icon. Auto / Light / Dark. Auto follows the active theme.
Settings → To-dos → Sink done to bottom re-sorts completed rows below pending in their bucket. Pinned-done still anchors to the top. Off by default.
Settings → Appearance → Bar colour priority picks which classification wins (category or tag) when both have a colour. If your preferred source has no colour, the other source still tints the bar. A per-row palette pick beats both.
Tap the note line in an expanded to-do to add a timestamped entry. Editable for 5 minutes, then locks.
Stats (kebab menu) shows Rhythm, your current streak tier, and Badges, milestones earned plus ones still ahead.
Tap the filter chip in the header. Save useful combos (e.g. High priority + Work) and one-tap reapply.
Settings → Extras → Weather. Once-a-day summary on the Day tab. City-level location, no account, no tracking.

Floating focus timer. Off by default. Settings → Pomodoro to turn on, then tap the pill to start a session.
Settings → Data → Import. Reads CSV with title / date / priority columns; auto-creates missing tags and categories.
Settings → Data → Backup downloads a full JSON snapshot. Restore replaces everything. Use before a factory reset or device switch.
Settings → Data exports to-dos, DONE(really), habits, and nook as standalone CSVs. For printing, spreadsheets, or feeding into another tool.
